Cold Veggie Pizza
This is the perfect appetizer for a bridal shower or a baby shower. You can make it ahead and store it in the fridge until you are ready to serve it. You can also mix up the veggies if you wish. If you are not a fan of broccoli, then replace it with cauliflower. The possibilities are endless
Ingredients
2 packages Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 ounce dry ranch dip mix
1 cup carrots, grated
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll crescent dough sheets and place on a sheet pan. Press together to seal the edges. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely, about 1 hour. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch mix to a mixing bowl and stir well until combined.
Spread mixture over the cooled crust.
Sprinkle carrots, broccoli, and celery over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Then sprinkle cheese over
Cut into small squares and serve.
Peace be with you,
Veronica
