Seafood Pasta Salad

If you are looking for a dish that can feed a lot of people and you can make it ahead this is the dish for you. It is full of seafood flavor.

This is a great make-ahead side dish. It can keep for a few days but to be honest, mine never lasts that long. It uses imitation crab meat, it is less expensive than the real stuff and tastes really good.

Seafood Pasta Salad

1 pound dry pasta
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound imitation crab meat chunks sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons parsley for garnish

Directions
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. In a separate bowl combine old bay, vinegar, mayonnaise, celery, and onion. Fold in crab meat. Put in the fridge until chill for 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
